Two hose clamps. A standard screwdriver.

CubicMeter wraps onto a cold or hot supply pipe with two hose clamps and tightens with a screwdriver. No cutting, no shut-off, no rerouting. Two versions cover the field: one for plastic pipes, one for metal pipes.

Wi-Fi suits one or two install points per building with existing coverage. Water Grip and CubicSecure use Wi-Fi. LoRaWAN suits portfolio sub-metering, deep cellars, and apartment-by-apartment installs. CubicMeter uses LoRaWAN. The job decides the radio.
CubicMeter is built for allocation metering. It measures per-apartment water volume and produces the percentage split your supplier bill is divided by. It is not the meter your supplier uses to invoice the property, and we will not present it as one. Allocation and legal billing are different jobs.
For Water Grip and CubicMeter, yes. They clamp on the outside of the existing pipe with no cutting and no shut-off. CubicSecure is a smart shut-off valve at the main inlet, so that one does require a plumber and a brief shut-off during install.
The property owner. Water Grip and CubicSecure data lives in the Quandify app and portal, with a REST API on request for Water Grip if you want it in your own platform. CubicMeter is delivered as a data feed: you receive LoRaWAN or wM-Bus keys and integrate the readings into your own LNS or property platform. Hosting is in EU data centers.
Per apartment: typically five to ten minutes for a clamp-on meter, no plumber. Per building: a LoRaWAN gateway is a quick install in a service room. CubicSecure at the main inlet is the heaviest install here, still typically a same-day plumber job.
Yes, in most cases. Water Grip clamps onto 15 to 32 mm pipes in metal, plastic, and multilayered configurations (supported pipes). CubicMeter has two versions covering 15 to 25 mm: one for plastic pipes, one for metal pipes (supported pipes). We confirm fit before install.
Yes. Dashboard, support, and docs are available in Swedish and English.
Folksam and Länsförsäkringar endorse CubicSecure for leak prevention. Eligibility and terms vary by building and policy. Scope of endorsement on other Quandify products is under confirmation. Ask us for the current letter.
