Right of Withdrawal

At Quandify, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use one of the following options:

Log in to your account and select the order you wish to cancel or return, then follow the return/cancellation steps.
Email us at order@quandify.com with an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw (you may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory).

Withdraw from contract

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email without delay, including the date and time we received it.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send back the goods to us at Quandify AB, Gustavslundsvägen 151E, 167 51 Bromma, Sweden without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once fully performed.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
